MyKad.net is not liable for any:
Losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Misuse of information shared through digital business cards.
Third-party content or services linked through the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms and Conditions or misuse the platform.
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
MyKad.net is a private company and is not affiliated with Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN) or any Malaysian government agency. The term “MyKad” used here refers solely to the concept of a digital information card.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
